Hi!
Have you been meaning to write a book, but have too many other things to do?
I've experienced this same dilemma and can recall myself saying, "Someday I'll write a book". With determination and persistence, I finally did. I actually wrote two novels and a guidebook on how to write an eBook. The feeling of writing a book is very rewarding and I highly recommend it.
I used several techniques, including establishing a writing schedule, which I believe was the key to my success. I set aside time each day to write. Mornings worked best for me. So, I blocked my calendar, turned off my blackberry and became "unavailable". I call it "going underground". It worked for me, maybe it'll work for you.
"There is no perfect time to write. There's only now."
- Barbara Kingsolver
Barbara makes a compelling point. Don't let procrastination stop you from fulfilling your dream of writing an eBook. Start today!
If you need some help getting over the hump, pick up "The Procrastinator's Handbook, Mastering the Art of Doing It Now", by Rita Emmett.
I also have more helpful ideas in the guidebook that I wrote, "YES YOU CAN...Write an eBook! Your 5 Step Plan", which is available from our eBook Store; www.eBookGuides4Life.com.
Just think, if you write one page per day, you'll have a 365 page book in a year.
What are the things holding you back from writing your eBook?
